I get tons of questions ranging anywhere from Photoshop techniques to computer hardware problems. Maybe one of these days I'll grow that extra hand or something... but until then I can only handle so many queries at a time.
So please don't hate me if you don't get a reply right away. Also, remember I have a job, college, dedicated unix server to keep working properly, and all that fun "life" stuff... not to mention I type "way too much" as it is haha. I try to answer all my emails, but with so many it may take a while to get to yours. You might have better luck getting in touch with me (or at the very least someone who can definitely help you) through my community forum, Neverside
If your question is already answered on the site (i.e. in the FAQ, a tutorial, etc) please do not expect a reply.

Make sure you check around the site (especially in the FAQ or in my Forum) before you send your question to me -- you never know... the answer may be right in front of ya! A few places to check first:

If your question is about a program (such as Adobe Photoshop), remember that most programs have a detailed help system built in. Check to see if the answer can be found there first (in many cases -- Help->Contents will get you where you need to be).
Also feel free to ask any questions you may have in my discussion forum. There's also a special section of the forum dedicated to questions relating to the Photoshop tutorials on AbsoluteCross.

I'm always more than happy to exchange links, (as long as your site does not contain porn, warez, hate, and all that junk). See the Resources page for more info on how to get linked. I can trade anywhere from 10-400+ visitors a day, up to you =)
